Setting up the Tech Person feature is simple. All you need to do is to send a text. The Tech Person can assist with setup and maintenance while appropriate privacy boundaries remain in place, making advanced security accessible to everyone.
You can add a Tech Person during setup or later from the home screen by tapping the My Tech Person icon. Select a contact from your phone, and Loop8 will send them an invite. You can call, message, change, or remove your Tech Person at any time.
MyTech Person is a real, human tech expert you choose from your close inner circle of friends or family to be your personal on-call helper. Unlike call centers or AI bots, your MyTech Person is someone you personally trust to guide you through setup and account help.
