Zarik Megerdichian

Founder/CEO

Zarik Megerdichian is the visionary behind Loop8, a cutting-edge solution that protects personal data and privacy. Using advanced biometric technology and strong encryption protocols, Loop8 ensures data security without the need for conventional passwords.

A self-proclaimed passwordless crusader, Zarik sees Loop8 as a tool that gives users complete control of their personal information, while eliminating human error.

Prior to founding Loop8, Zarik was the founder and CEO of 4over, the biggest wholesale printing company in North America. Under his leadership, 4over expanded its operations nationwide, boasting a workforce of over 1600 employees across multiple locations.

Zarik built this company from the ground up, taking risks under the core belief that “nothing is impossible.” He actively serves as an angel investor, providing mentorship and support to emerging startups. His dedication to nurturing talent and fostering innovation contributes significantly to the growth and vitality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Asbed Kassis

Chief Product Officer

Asbed’s passion for technology was one of the main reasons he found himself in California twenty years ago. His areas of expertise include product management, analytics, quality assurance, and strategic planning.

Asbed has led large and small teams for various engagements, collaborating with groups of varying needs and industries. By offering the ideal blend of a deep understanding of technology and business fundamentals, he brings an inclusive vision, taking into consideration the technological and financial feasibility of products.

Asbed Kassis holds a BS in Computer Science from the California State University of Northridge and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

In his spare time, Asbed enjoys gardening, camping, and playing soccer.

Loop8 goes beyond limits, turning big ideas into game-changing solutions. Our journey began with a daring concept that has since evolved into a groundbreaking system, reshaping password management. Prioritizing user-centric design, we blend simplicity with robust security.

Since its creation in December of 2019, our project has achieved significant milestones, including patent filings in May of 2022 and the official naming of "Project I'm Possible" in January of 2021. By January 2024, "Project I'm Possible" debuted on the app store, bringing Loop8 to users

With a decade of experience in the IT industry, Hayk has co-founded three companies, including a startup incubator, a network engineering R&D foundation, and rBlox, where he is the co-founder and CEO.

Central to his expertise are problem-solving, negotiation, and people management,
which he leverages to address modern market challenges with innovative solutions
and to build a sustainable growth ecosystem.

Currently, Hayk is focused on pioneering next-generation computer networking by
developing groundbreaking non-IP software to enhance the security, performance,
and efficiency of data centers. Additionally, he is using his growing expertise,
network, and European connections to advance Loop8.

Alex Perlovich is a seasoned and experienced Information Technology professional with a successful track record of implementing, integrating, managing, securing and collaborating with a large range of technology across multiple industries.

With over 25 years in the industry, he has demonstrated success through strategic technology planning, management of multidisciplinary initiatives (impacting thousands of employees in global settings), and applying dynamic leadership talents to drive growth, process improvements and cost savings throughout the organization.

He has managed PCI Level 1 and SOX compliance for global companies as well as implemented and secured Amazon and Azure cloud infrastructures. With companies ranging from fintech, high-tech data science, pharmaceutical and everything in between.

Since 2015, Alex has been focusing on cybersecurity in organizations as well as serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Alex Perlovich holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the California State University of Northridge as well as being active in many cybersecurity peer groups and professional services.

Andy Ansryan is a seasoned information technology and cybersecurity professional with a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades. He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in scaling, securing, and maintaining the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of critical software systems across various industries, including aviation, finance, media, and healthcare.

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in engineering management. He furthered his education by obtaining a graduate degree in cybersecurity from the prestigious Stanford School of Engineering, equipping him with advanced knowledge and skills to tackle the evolving challenges in the field of cybersecurity.

Andy was responsible for ensuring the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the Teledyne Controls AirFASE software solution. AirFASE is a critical tool for aviation safety analysis, providing flight data monitoring and analysis capabilities to airlines to enhance operational safety and efficiency.

His role involved maintaining the robustness and reliability of this essential software, which is integral to the safety operations of numerous airlines.

During his tenure at Bank of America, Andy played a pivotal role in scaling the bank’s database banking system. His efforts were instrumental in enabling the system to handle a sixfold increase in refinancing inquiries, showcasing his ability to manage and optimize large-scale financial databases.

Andy contributed significantly to the scaling and securing of the Investors.com website and its related systems. His work ensured that the platform could support a growing user base while maintaining stringent security standards, thereby protecting sensitive financial information.

Since 2015, Andy has been serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a network of over 80 of the United States’ largest healthcare providers. In this capacity, he oversees the protection of vast amounts of sensitive healthcare data, implementing robust security measures to safeguard against cyber threats. His leadership has been crucial in fortifying the cybersecurity posture of these healthcare institutions.

Throughout his career, Andy has demonstrated unwavering dedication to enhancing the security and performance of critical systems across various sectors. His technical acumen, combined with his leadership skills, has made him a valuable asset in every organization he has been a part of. As a recognized expert in cybersecurity and information technology, Andy continues to contribute to the field, ensuring that essential systems remain secure and reliable in an increasingly digital world.
