Zarik Megerdichian
A self-proclaimed passwordless crusader, Zarik sees Loop8 as a tool that gives users complete control of their personal information, while eliminating human error.
Prior to founding Loop8, Zarik was the founder and CEO of 4over, the biggest wholesale printing company in North America. Under his leadership, 4over expanded its operations nationwide, boasting a workforce of over 1600 employees across multiple locations.
Zarik built this company from the ground up, taking risks under the core belief that “nothing is impossible.” He actively serves as an angel investor, providing mentorship and support to emerging startups. His dedication to nurturing talent and fostering innovation contributes significantly to the growth and vitality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Asbed Kassis
Asbed has led large and small teams for various engagements, collaborating with groups of varying needs and industries. By offering the ideal blend of a deep understanding of technology and business fundamentals, he brings an inclusive vision, taking into consideration the technological and financial feasibility of products.
Asbed Kassis holds a BS in Computer Science from the California State University of Northridge and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
In his spare time, Asbed enjoys gardening, camping, and playing soccer.
Hayk Mnatsakanyan
Central to his expertise are problem-solving, negotiation, and people management, which he leverages to address modern market challenges with innovative solutions and to build a sustainable growth ecosystem.
Currently, Hayk is focused on pioneering next-generation computer networking by developing groundbreaking non-IP software to enhance the security, performance, and efficiency of data centers.
Additionally, he is using his growing expertise, network, and European connections to advance Loop8.
He believes, “What you do is only as significant as whom you do it with.”
Alex Perlovich
With over 25 years in the industry, he has demonstrated success through strategic technology planning, management of multidisciplinary initiatives (impacting thousands of employees in global settings), and applying dynamic leadership talents to drive growth, process improvements and cost savings throughout the organization.
He has managed PCI Level 1 and SOX compliance for global companies as well as implemented and secured Amazon and Azure cloud infrastructures. With companies ranging from fintech, high-tech data science, pharmaceutical and everything in between.
Since 2015, Alex has been focusing on cybersecurity in organizations as well as serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Alex Perlovich holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the California State University of Northridge as well as being active in many cybersecurity peer groups and professional services.
Andy Ansryan
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in engineering management. He furthered his education by obtaining a graduate degree in cybersecurity from the prestigious Stanford School of Engineering, equipping him with advanced knowledge and skills to tackle the evolving challenges in the field of cybersecurity.
Andy was responsible for ensuring the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the Teledyne Controls AirFASE software solution. AirFASE is a critical tool for aviation safety analysis, providing flight data monitoring and analysis capabilities to airlines to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
